Warranty Terms
Coverage:
This Limited Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty (hereafter referred to as
"Warranty") covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the
product, as defined below.
2. Definitions:
• Product/Service: The specific engineering equipment or solution provided by
BMU Engineering, as identified by the product or service description.
• Defects: Flaws arising from faulty materials or workmanship, excluding
damage caused by misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized
modifications, accidents, or improper maintenance.
3. Duration:
The Warranty begins from the date of purchase or installation and remains valid for
the lifetime of the original purchaser or user of the product or service.
4. Warranty Claim Process:
• To make a claim under this Warranty, the original purchaser or user must
provide proof of purchase or installation and notify BMU Engineering within a
reasonable time after discovering the defect.
• Contact BMU Engineering for instructions on how to proceed with the
warranty claim.
• BMU Engineering reserves the right to repair or replace, at its discretion, any
product or parts found to be defective under this Warranty.
5. Exclusions:
• This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
o Misuse, abuse, or improper operation.
o Accidents, fires, floods, or natural disasters.
o Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
o Normal wear and tear.
o Damage caused by third-party components or accessories.
• This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or

6. Limitation of Liability:
• To the extent permitted by law, BMU Engineering shall not be liable for any
incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of its
products or services.
• The total liability of BMU Engineering under this Warranty is limited to the
purchase price or service fee paid for the product or service covered by the
Warranty.
7. Governing Law:
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Modifications:
• BMU Engineering reserves the right to modify or terminate this Warranty at
any time, with or without notice.
• Modifications or amendments to this Warranty must be made in writing and
signed by an authorised representative of BMU Engineering.
9. Customer Responsibilities:
• The customer is responsible for properly maintaining and using the product or
service in accordance with provided instructions and guidelines.
• Regular maintenance, as specified by BMU Engineering, may be necessary to
ensure the Warranty remains valid.
By purchasing or using the product or service covered by this Warranty, the
customer agrees to these terms and conditions. For questions regarding this
